"Tim came out to work on a leak under a friend's mobile home. He fearlessly dove right into a dark, wet, and tight space to identify and repair the leaks. His attitude was professional. He was very helpful in offering advice to prevent future plumbing problems. He also took a look at an additional leak with the tub drain and though he could not repair it because of the part needed, he supplied the customer with the info to find the part online."
