I called Tim this afternoon and he made time to provide us with his service the same day… !! He is personable, and very knowledgable, and professional. My husband and I are .. I guess “elderly” and he was so kind and respectful and patient. It is comforting to know there is someone I can call if I need further plumbing assistance from someone who is fair and honest besides all the other qualities mentioned above. Thank you, Tim!!! On 5/5/2026 Monica Iasillo had this to say:
I needed to get a new dishwasher the guys who came to install it said they couldn’t do it. They said I needed a new shut off valve that the copper was permanently attached to the shut off valve. Tim came out and all he had to do was unscrew it they didn’t even try. I commend him so much for his honesty. Honesty is sometimes hard to find these days.
